About The Madras Cafe

The Madras Cafe was born when we realized that with all the restaurants serving a variety of food from all over the world in Dr. Phillips, the restaurant row was missing an all vegan and vegetarian restaurant. As a lot of people are fixated on the concept of Indian food being mostly the North Indian style curries and naan, we wanted to expose them to the culinary arts of the Southern part of India. Bringing mother's recipes of vegan and vegetarian food while capturing the essence of the traditional South Indian and some Indo-Chinese cuisine as well, the team at the Madras Cafe has crafted an ample number of dishes. We understand our guests' vegan, vegetarian, and even Jain dietary requirements and have tried to design a menu that is authentic as well as innovative. Creating a casual dining experience, we want our guests to relax and enjoy indulging in the diverse food and drinks that we offer.
