About Minnie's Bake Shop

Minnie's Bake Shop has been producing some of the most delicious and original desserts that have ever emerged from an oven since 2012. Our namesake, the Minnie, is a two-layer, bite-sized cake that is composed of two individually-baked moist cakes, eight generous dollops of icing, and a luscious topping. A finished Minnie stands a proud 2 1/4" high and is easy and almost mess-free to eat. You just pop it into your mouth -- no fork necessary! They're perfect for any occasion, both large and small. When a Minnie lands on your tongue, it unleashes an explosion of intensely exquisite flavor and velvety texture, the likes of which you have never experienced. In addition to Minnies, we also serve a number of other original desserts, such as Minnie Sticks, Whoops!, and big-Minnie cakes.

I choose Minnie's randomly because of location to the party venue. She was so helpful and friendly on phone, so all good... Trusted it would be fine, as I am not even a "cake person." OMG, when we opened the box...we were all completely awed! It was absolutely beautiful! And to top it off, it was the most delicious cake I ever tasted. Everyone asked where I got it. It was such a wonderful unexpected highlight of the party!

Most delicious and gorgeous cake ever! With less than 24 hours to spare, we realized that we needed a gluten-free birthday cake. I scrambled to find good reviews for gluten-free cakes in the area and Minnie's popped up. I am so grateful! Cathy was an absolute gem to work with. She made the cake so festive and perfect. Even though she was swamped, she made time to special make it for us and get it delivered to us exactly when we needed it. The cake was an enormous hit- loved by all! You would never know it was gluten-free, and I will absolutely be using Minnie's Bakeshop for all of my future dessert needs! Thank you Cathy!!!!!
